摘　　要：国有企业通过实施ERP(EnterpriseResourcePlanning),有利于促使企业流程重组,更好地提升对资产的监管水平使其资产保值增值和适应市场经济。本文提出为了BPR(BusinessProcessReengineering)四条措施和应用ERP进行资金、营销、物资、设备及绩效管理等环节资产监管的方法和意义。By carrying out ERP, state-owned raises the property management and monitor level to increase its value and adapts the market economy. This paper brings up four ways of BPR. The method and purport of enterprise carries out ERP to manage its funds, marketing, supplies, equipments and the management results etc. are also given in this paper.
