摘　　要：文章从概括性时代范围不全面,划分不科学;有悖《中图法》第四版的复分规定;不符合加“0”规则3个方面,对张玉辉同志提出的主张与举措进行了探讨。This article discusses the opiniones and moves in comrade Zhang Yuhui’s article from three aspects that generality period scope is not overall and division is unscientific;Contrary to Classification regulations in the Chinese Library Classification of the 4th edition;Not in accord with the rule of adding“0”。
