痔血宁合剂治疗痔病的临床观察

摘　　要：观察痔血宁合剂治疗痔病的疗效。将120例痔病患者被随机分成2组,痔血宁治疗组(60例)和槐角丸对照组(60例)。疗程均为1周。结果:痔血宁组在缓解便血、疼痛、外痔水肿及改善黏膜状态等方面效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01),且无不良反应。提示痔血宁治疗以便血为主要症状的痔病安全有效。To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Zhixuening Mixture' in the treatment of hemorrhoids, 120 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with 'Zhixuening Mixture' and control group in which another 60 cases were treated with 'Huaijiao Pill', with a course of one week. Results: The clinical results were obviously better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01).
