摘  要:为探讨养血清脑颗粒(主药:当归、川芎、生地黄等)治疗肾性高血压(RHR)的疗效与机理, 7周龄雄性Wistar大鼠,以改进的Goldblatt2肾2夹法复制肾性高血压模型后,分成6组:模型组,养血清脑颗粒高、中、低剂量组,卡托普利组,牛黄降压丸组,每日灌胃给药1次,正常组和假手术组灌服等量蒸馏水。分别在第1、2、4周末测量大鼠尾动脉收缩压。4周后取血,检测血ALD及心肌组织AngⅡ浓度。结果:连续灌服养血清脑颗粒4周可明显降低RHR收缩压,并可降低血浆ALD和心肌AngⅡ浓度,以高剂量组为显著。提示该药能够降低RHR血压,降压机理可能与其可拮抗RAS系统有关。To study the effects of 'Yangxue Qingnao Granule' on renal hypertension and its mechanism, 7-week male Wistar rats were made to be of renal hypertension and then randomized into six groups: model group, high-dose-granule group, middle-dose-granule group, low-dose-granule group, captopril group and niuhuangjiangya group, and then treated correspondingly; normal group and sham group were given equal amount of distilled water. The systolic blood pressure of the rats' tails was measured at the end of the first, second and fourth weeks; the serum ALD and the concentration of Ang-Ⅱin the heart tissue were detected at the end of fourth week. Results: After 4-week treatment, the Granule, the high-dose one in particular, could obviously reduce the systolic blood pressure and decrease the concentrations of serum ALD and the concentration of Ang-Ⅱ. It is indicated that this Granule can reduce renal hypertention possibly by fighting rennin angiotension system.
