摘 要:本文研究了高频下电涡流传感器线圈在宽广的温度区间内阻抗温度特性,提出采用多股辨线消除或减小温度变化对线圈阻抗影响的方法。研究了多股辨线电涡流传感器线圈的阻抗在大温度区间的随温度变化的规律。理论分析和计算证明多股辨线线圈能有效抑制线圈阻抗温漂。Abstract This paper presents coil impedance一temperature characteristics of eddy一current transducers over wide temperat ure range, Temperature drift of coil impedance ofeddy一current transducers brings about seriously errors on testing signal and actually limitstheir applications especial over wide temperature range,Anew way to reject or decrease thetemperature drift of the eddy一current coil impedance is first put forward. The stranded wirewhich is formed with several enamel covered wire(say m pieces of wires ) into one beam ofwires instead of single wire is commonly used to reduce a. C. resistance due to skin effect. However, the another important performance of straneded wire一wound coil which is excitedwith certain frequencies is capable of rejecting the variation of the coil impedance with tem-perature, Experimental and analytical results have shown that , inductance L and the self一capacitance of the air一cored coil do not vary with temperature, Temperature drift of eddy一current testing is manily resulting in variation of the coil resistance, which causing variationof the coil impedance. The coil impedance一temperature relationship for stranded(m wires)wire or single (m=1)wire一wound coil has been derived; And the affects of 3 parameters i. e. m. a(radius of the single wire)and f on the coil impedance is discussed. Theoretical analy-sis and calculated results show that,the straneded wire一wound coil is very sucesshHor re-jecting temperature drift of coil impedance. As a result, the output signal of the eddy一cur-rent transducer with this kind of coil will keep excellent stability while it works in upperrange of tempearture.
