摘  要:为了以最低的成本诊断隔离出发生故障的元件,采用多信号模型描述航天器配电系统的元件与测试间的故障因果关系,给出了基于多信号模型最优测试成本表达式,介绍了采用启发式A0算法求解该问题的算法,考虑了某些测试有优先权要求的最优测试方案,分析了最优测试方案的故障检测率与故障隔离率,计算结果表明该方法建模简单、计算速度快,设计的测试方案成本低、故障检测率与隔离率高,适合于航天器配电系统这种复杂系统的可测性分析及最优测试方案的制订.To minimize the test cost to locate the failure components, multisignal model is used to describe the causal dependency relationship between the components and tests of distribution systems of spacecrafts, and the formula of the optimal test cost is given, then AO* heuristic search algorithms is introduced to solve this optimal problem. The optimal test program is considered when some tests require precedence. The fault detection rate (FDR) and the fault isolation rate (FIR) for the optimal program are analyzed in the end. The results show that the modeling method is simple; the computation speed is rapid; and the optimal test program with high FDR and FIR has nearly lowest test cost, which is suitable to testability analysis and the optimal test program for the complex systems such distribution systems of spacecrafts.
