摘　　要：新时期南通市各级党政组织和宣传思想战线在“运用先进典型影响和带动群众”方面做出了出色的贡献。他们的经验是 :发现确认典型 ,必须建立有效的工作机制 ;宣传推广典型 ,必须形成有效的舆论强势 ;学习运用典型 。It is important to advocate the exemplary affect in ideological and political work. The proper experience is to discover the advanced individuals, to establish the effective mechanism, to setup examples to be followed, and to encourage healthy and positive atmosphere.
