摘　　要：采用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光对水稻品种ＤＲ４５３进行处理，结果发现。２５分钟组，绿苗分化率最高，与对照比较达极显著差异。当时间为３０分钟时，绿苗率又下降，说明，激光对愈伤组织有一定的激活作用；也有一定的杀伤效应。We treated tile Callus of Yunnan rice DR453 with He- Ne laser in difference condition. When thile time was 25 minutes, the green plantlet rate were the highest, When the time was changed into 30 minutes, the green plantlet were down. The laser both have excite the activity and to death of the Callus.
