含真皮下血管网超薄皮瓣在手部深度烧伤创面修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:总结用含真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复手部深度烧伤的临床治疗经验。方法:应用腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复 电烧伤、化学烧伤、热压伤及火焰烧伤引起的38例手部软组织缺损。结果:薄皮瓣在外观、手功能恢复、皮瓣长宽比例、皮瓣 断蒂时间等方面优于传统皮瓣。结果,真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损效果好,在应用时要掌握适应证。Objective:To summarize the clinical experience in management of repairing of deep burn of hands with thin skin flap with preserved subdermal vascular network. Methods: We have used thin skin flap to reconstruct hands with deep burn as a result of electrict contact, chemical, wringer and fire injury in 38 patients. Results: The cosmetic and functional result were all satisfactory, pedicle division time and length_width ratio were advantaged, compared with conventional skin flap. Conclusion: The thin skin flap with preserved subdermal vascular network might be effective method in management of soft tissue defects of hands and satisfactory result could be obtained, but it must be used with caution.
