摘  要:本文在深入分析振动台对数字振动控制系统要求的基础上,提出了在数字振动控制系统中采用多微机主从式并行处理的方法,并阐述了PC386微机分别与TMS320C25信号处理器和Z80微机系统实现数据通讯的控制策略。It is the developmental trend of digital vibration control system to combine the vibration controlwith the vibration analysis. The functions of the vibration control system include random vibration.fixed or sweep sine test, shock test, and sine on wideband random vibration, etc. The functions of thevibration analysis include auto-power spectrum, cross-power spoctrum, transfer function, cospec-trum. SRS, auto-correlation, cross-correlation and coherence, etc.The PC computer is often used in the control system, so that the control system may have a high-er ratio of performance to price.Pollowing functions can be completed in digital vibration control system:(1) Variable control signal can be generated.(2) A/D and D/A conversions.(3) Setup parameters.(4) Real time graphic display.(5) FFT and variable spectrum calculator.(6) Control algorithms To reduce control loop time and to improve real time control capability of the system, it's handyway to utilize multi-microprocessor control techniques with master-slave concurrent processing mede incontrol system.Based on the requirement of vibrator on digital vibration control system , it is proposed that multi-microprocessor control with master-slave concurrent procecaing inode may be used in digital vibrationcontrol system. The control tactics applied in data communication master computer (PC 386) andslave computers (TM320 DSP and 280) is also explained.
