会阴痛综合征临床分析

摘　　要：目的报道会阴痛综合征的诊断与治疗经验。方法本组10例,均为女性,采用综合治疗,包括药物如三环类抗抑郁药,神经阻滞如骶管阻滞、骶前神经阻滞、阴部神经阻滞与腰交感神经节阻滞。结果治愈2例,显效1例,有效5例,其中2例1年后复发,另2例无效。结论此症原因不明,但常有相关因素;会阴部疼痛明显,但查体无异常发现;综合治疗有效,但治愈率低,且易复发。Objective To report the experiences of diagnosis and treatment of perineal pain syndrome. Methods Combined treatments were used in 10 female patients with perineovular pain, including drug therapy such as tricyclic antidepressants, and nerve block therapy such as sacral block, presacral block, pudental block and sympathetic ganglion block. Results 2 cases were cured, 1 case markedly effective, and 5 cases effective, of them 2 cases relapsed after one year. Other two cases were ineffective. Conclusion There were relevent factors with this syndrome, though no causes were known. The pain is severe, but no physical signs can be discovered. This syndrome had a low cure rate and easy recurrence.
