摘　　要：随着珠三角以城市为主体的区域经济的发展,泛珠江三角洲经济圈战略应运而生。建设泛珠江三角洲经济圈,可以提升区域经济国际竞争力,促进区域内资源有效利用和可持续发展。泛珠三角构建区域统一大市场的关键在于:①弱化行政区划概念,强化经济圈概念;②以制度整合为突破口,扫清体制障碍。发展泛珠江三角洲经济圈的对策是组织创新、机制整合和框架重构。The development strategy of Pan-Pearl River Delta economic zone emerges as the development of regional economy of Pearl River delta require. To construct the economy zone of Pan-Pearl River Delta can advance the international competition power of the regional economy and promote the efficiency usage of regional resources and the sustainable development. The key points to construct the uniform system of regional market depend on the underlying steps. One is to weaken the district concept of regionalism and strengthen the concept of economy zone. The other is to clear the institutional obstacles by the route of institutional conformity. The development of the economy zone needs institutional innovation, mechanism conformity and frame reconstruction.
