内城旅游项目开发初探——英国伯明翰国际会议中心区的建设经验及其对我国启示

摘　　要：文章简要回顾了英国伯明翰国际会议中心区(ICC)的建设背景与概况,对其环境、社会和经济影响进行了总结,认为项目虽然有力改善了城市环境,提升了城市形象,但也出现了问题。在此基础上,结合我国的实际情况,就大型旅游系列项目的建设进行了评述。指出城市大型旅游项目风险大、投资长,其论证必须科学、客观、全面,对其论证至少要关注以下几个问题:建设区位的选择;政府政策的研究;城市文脉延续;城市中心绿色斑块的引入。The background and survey is reviewed in brief in the International Convention Centre(ICC), Birmingham , U.K. The effect of environment, society and economic in ICC is summarized. Some problems are arising from the project, even though the urban circumstance is improved and the image of city is upgraded. Based on this, the appraise about great tourism project is processed combining the practical facts in our country. With great venture and long investment in the great tourism development, its demonstrate must be science, practical and entirely, several problems is paid attention at least for its demonstrate: the select of development location; research of government policy; the landscape in city is continued; the introduction of green pockets in the city center.
