摘　　要：介绍了模具在制造过程中失效的一些原因,并以热锻模淬火断裂、Cr12钢冷作模具断裂和CrWMn钢模具炸裂等失效案例为重点,详细分析讨论了其失效的热处理原因和改进措施。Introduce some reasons of failure in die & mold manufacture process and as emphases with failure cases of hot-forging die quenching fracture Cr12 steel cold-working die fracture and CrWMn steel die exploding and etc particularly analyze and discuss the heat treatment reasons and improving measures of their failure.
