摘　　要：本文介绍了财产保险防灾减损决策支持系统的架构,从静态模型、动态模型和3S技术在系统中的应用这三方面对整个系统进行了功能描述,对系统的技术特点做了分析,并将原型系统在深圳市示范应用。在承灾体细化到保单、灾情多模式研究、3S技术在防灾减损中的应用以及灾情预测和损失评估模型方法的构建等方面,系统做了深入的发掘,取得了良好的应用效果。In this paper,we introduce the architecture of decision support system for disaster prevention and loss reduction of property insurance,describe the functionality of the whole system from three prospective:static model,dynamic model and the application of 3S technique in the system,analyze the technique specifications of the system,and apply the prototype into practice in Shenzhen.The system makes an intensive study in the following aspects and secures favorable effects:specifying disaster subject to insurance policy,studying on multi-mode disaster,applying 3S technique into disaster prevention and loss reduction,anticipating disaster,constructing loss evaluation model.
