Delphi环境中利用MSCOMM实现PLC与上位机的串口通信

摘　　要：本文在Delphi环境下利用MSCOMM控件,开发设计了上位机的串行通信程序;根据S7200系列PLC的自由通讯口方式,设计了PLC的串口通信程序,从而实现了上位机与S7200系列PLC的通信,对水厂自动供水系统进行实时设备监控与信息管理。经过试验测试和实际运行,通信模块能够准确、快速的完成通信任务。In this paper the serial communication program of upper computer is designed and developed by use of MSCOMM component under Delphi environment.According to free port communication mode,PLC serial communication program is designed.Based on these works,serial communication between upper computer and lower PLC is realized to monitor and manage waterworks automation system.By communication block in experiment test and practical work,communication task can be completed correctly and fast.
