上海汽车工业高技能人才的创新培养初探

摘　　要：旨在探索一个符合上海汽车工业高技能人才队伍培养和发展的模式。从上海汽车工业的需求和发展出发,首先对照国内外汽车制造企业对高技能人才培养的经验,总结我国汽车制造业存在的不足;然后从人才库建设、网络论坛、薪水等方面提出上海汽车工业高技能人才的创新培养措施。Based on the demand originated from the development of Shanghai auto industry as well as comparison between domestic and foreign auto industries, analysis is given on the cultivation of highly-skilled talents in four aspects executed now by Shanghai auto industry. Finally, a creative cultivation for 5 kinds of highly-skilled talents is presented. It aims at the exploration of a cultivation and development mode for highly-skilled talent teams, which fits Shanghai auto industry.
