摘 要:介绍了高温超导电缆监测与保护装置的研制情况。该装置采用AT96总线结构,以APCI工控机和数字信号处理器芯片为核心,硬件结构紧凑,可靠性高;综合采用了基于非电气量信号和电气量信号的保护策略,可以有效地保证超导电缆的安全运行;可以对超导电缆的运行状态进行全面的在线监测、记录与分析,为超导电缆的商业化运行积累了经验。该装置已通过静态和动态测试,目前已在云南普吉变电站投入运行。Research and development of high temperature superconducting (HTS) power cable system have attracted much attention in recent years in China. In 2004, the first HTS power cable system in China has been put into field operation in Fuji substation in Yunnan Province. In order to keep the HTS cable operating safely and reliably in utility electrical network, a protection and monitoring device has been developed. The device's hardware platform is based on the special DSP and AT96 bus to offer compact structure, good extensibility and good reliability. In addition, an integrated protection scheme based on both non-electric signals and electric signals is adopted in the device to ensure safe operation of HTS cable on power system. To study the characteristics of HTS cable system and accumulate commercial operation experience of HTS cable system, the device also offers the ability to record operational state of HTS cable system. The static and dynamic test results show that the device has good performance on protection and state monitoring of the HTS cable system.
