摘　　要：介绍了实验室自动化系统的概念、基本构成,与工作流程,目前国内外实验室自动化流水线的进展.分析了各医院在组建该系统时需考虑的因素和选择方案。This paper is to introduce the conception, basic constitution and working flow of laboratory automatic systems, and the domestic and world developments of the laboratory pipelining systems. It analyses the problems and the preferred scheme which should be given careful consideration when a system is to be built in the hospital.
