摘　　要：本文介绍一种直接数字化的X射线扫描成像系统,它具有低剂量、高分辨率、直接数字化X射线图像信息,无须常规X射线机所需的胶片冲洗过程及洗印过程产生污水的排放,并且生成的数字图像可直接用于放射信息系统(RIS)和图像归档与传输系统(PACS),为实现数字化医院提供条件等诸多特点。高分辨、高集成度的直线阵列X射线传感器是此系统的主要特点。并讨论其分辨率的影响因素及优缺点和发展前景等。This paper introduces a direct digital radiography (DDR) System developed by Beijing Shenxing Scientific & Technological Development Co.,Ltd. There are a lot of characteristics in this system; for example, low dosage, high resolution, direct digital images, the elimination of costly conventional darkroom processes, the reduction of materials use and chemical pollution. The produced images can be used in radiography information system (RIS) and picture archiving and communications system (PACS), which devotes to the digitalization of hospital. The linear array X-ray sensor of high resolution and high integration is introduced. The influencing factors of resolution are presented. The advantages, disadvantages and development of the system are discussed.
