网络数据在现代医院统计工作中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析网络数据的优点,促进网络数据在现代医院统计中的应用。方法采用编程的方式从数据库提取数据,把数据转换为EXCEL形式并整理成符合医院发展需要又简单易看的统计表。结果我院利用网络数据,配合我院奖金二级分配、聘任制度改变的需要,形成各类统计表,并可网上查询,确保了竞争的公平性。结论网络数据的利用需要计算机工程人员的配合,怎样更好地利用网络数据是现代医院统计工作需要研究的重要内容。Objective To promote the application of network data in the modern statistics in the hospitals by analyzing the advantages of network data. Methods Data were picked up from the database by programming. And then the data were transfered into Excel format, forming the statistics tables that are easy to used and fit the needs of the hospital. Results In our hospital, network data were used to perform the redistributing of bonus, reformation of employ system. All of the statistics tables could be seen from on the net, and everyone can check them on the net. Furthermore, it insures the justice. Conclusion The application of network data needs the cooperation with the computer professionals. It's important to explore the utilization of network data better for the modern statistics in the hospital.
