摘  要:竞争上岗的特点是具有公开性、平等性、竞争性、择优性 ,使选人、用人更加合理、公正。基层人民银行在推行竞争上岗过程中要不等不靠 ,敢于突破 ,完善制度 ,规范程序 ,从实际出发 ,区别对待不同情况 ,处理好改革、发展和稳定的关系 ,增强工作的透明度。The features of executing on duty by competition are publicity, equality, competitiveness and enrollment on the base of fine quality. We can find talent in rational and fair way. In the course of executing on duty by competition, gross-root People's Bank should engage in the activity, have breakthrough, perfect system and regulate program. We should be realistic, differentiate to treat various situations, do well in relations among reform, development and steadiness and enhance the transparency of work.
