摘　　要：通过分析西部经济与产业发展的关系 ,论述西部实现跨越发展的关键在于培育战略产业。立足西部自然资源和社会资源 。This article first analyzes the relationship between the west economy and industries development, then discusses that the key to realize spanning development in West lies in fostering strategic industry. On the basis of western natural resources and social resources, this article puts forward the ideas and solutions for fostering and constructing the strategic industry.
