摘　　要：一般高校办学目标定位应注重前瞻性与务实性 ,立足体现特色性 ,一般高校办学特色性主要体现于人才培养目标、模式的特色及学科。This paper discusses the importance of looking forward and dealing with concrete matters relating to work in the oritation of school running objectives in regular colleges and universities, and expounds in great detail how to push their own distinguishing features forward in their school running.
