摘 要:本法采用TBP萃取树脂,利用革取色谱分离技术,使铀与待测杂质元素在3mol/LHNO3介质中得到定量分离。用975型ICP直读光谱仪同时测定八氧化三铀系列标准物质中Ca、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Mo、Ni、Ph和Sn11种杂质。测定下限为0.02—1.6μg·g-1,相对标准偏差<10%。The TBP extractant-containing resin and extraction chromatography technique were used to separate 11 trace elements in U3O8 CRMs.The sample was separated at a flow rate of 0. 5 mL/min with 3mol/L HNO3 as medium.A model 975 ICP direct reading spectrometer was used to determine the trace elements of Ca, Cd,Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb and Sn in U3O8 CRMs. The lowest quantitatively determinable concentration of impurities in U3O8 CRMs are 0.02--1.6μg/g. The RSD is less than 10%. The proposed method provides excellent and accurate analytical data for the U3O8 samples prepared as certified reference materials (CRMs ).
