摘 要:在柠檬酸-溴化钾-硫代氨基脲体系中,金与硫代氨基脲形成络合物,于—0.45V(VS.SCE)处获得灵敏而稳定的络合物吸附波。确定的最佳底液条件是0.005mol/L柠檬酸缓冲液、D.01mol/L溴化钾及0.05%硫代氨基脲。金的浓度在0.005—5.0μg/mL范围内,峰高与金的浓度呈良好的直线关系。借助于二正辛基硫醚萃淋树脂富集金,分离共存杂质,用于测定矿石中微量金。对标准金矿石样品的测定结果,与标准样品定值相一致。A simple and sensitive method has been proposed for the determination of An(Ⅲ) in ore. As a result of formation of the complexes by reaction of An(Ⅲ) with thiosemicarbazide (TSC) in a suitable supporting electrolyte of 0. 005 mol/L citric acid-0. o1 mol/L KBr -0. 05% TSC, a sensitive and stabilized adsorption wave appeared with peak potentials of Au (Ⅲ) --0. 45V (vs. SCE). The height of the adsorption wave was rectilinearly related to the concentration of Au(Ⅲ) in the range of 0. 005 to 5. 0 μg/mL. The separation of Au(Ⅲ) was carried out with n-dioctyl sulphurether extractant-containing resin. The results of determination of satandurd samples correspond to their verified values with this method.
