摘　　要：文章认为，创新与否，是论文与经验性工作总结在写作内涵上的根本区别；强调新颖性与强调针对性，是论文与经验性工作总结在写作选题上的区别；相对的普遍性与局部性是论文与经验性工作总结在材料收集和运用上的区别；逻辑性与事理性，是论文与经验性工作总结在表述过程上的区别。In the author's opinion,whether the writings are innovative or not is the basic differences between the thesis and the experiencing summary.Emphasizing the novelty and emphasizing the pertinence are the differences of selecting title between the thesis and the experiencing summary.The relative universality and the partiality are the difference of selecting and using materials between the thesis and the expericing summary.The logicality and the sensibility are the differences of stating the course between the thesis and the experiencing summary.
