摘　　要：有人认为市场是现实经济的主导者，市场是万能的，是“看不见的手”。但是大量的例证可以证明政府是经济发展具有决定意义的支配力量，政府行为是主宰一国经济命运的“神奇之手”。政府和市场孰轻孰重，谁主经济沉浮，需要我们不仅仅从现实中去看待市场，还应善于从政治学的角度去理解国家，从经济学的角度去分析政府。It has been believed that the market is a practical and economic guide. It has potential forces stretching out like 'an invisible hand. ' And the 'magical hand' turns out to be the government which decides the direction of the state economic development and dominates the national fate of economy. Thus we should not why investigate market from the point view of reality, but also understand the concept of the nation from the point of politics, as well as analyze the government from the view of economy,so that we can see which side weighs and which side keeps to the domination, the Government or the Markets.
