摘　　要：本文结合ＷＴＯ《纺织品和服装协议》的基本内容，分析了入世后我国的纺织业面临的机 遇和挑战，在此基础上展望纺织业的发展前景，提出了我国纺织业的发展思路和发展战略。With a comprehensive introduction of 《The Agreement on Textiles and Clothing》 (ATC), this paper analyzed the challenges and chances facing China's textile industry after its entry into WTO. Also the paper forecasted the future development of textile industry and proposed some new ideas and strategies about it.
