摘　　要：本文立足于提高邮政效率 ,促进邮政发展 ,运用优化方法 ,利用实际数据 ,测度邮政投入效率。结果表明 ,邮政企业投入综合效率低下 ,主要表现为资产过度闲置 ,机制不灵敏 ,难以适应市场变化 ,冗员过度。文章提出了提高劳动利用效率和资金利用效率的办法。The article is aimed at improving postal efficiency,making post great progress,using optimization method and real data and measuring postal investment efficiency.The result show that plunging synthesizing efficiency is low because of over idle assets,mechanism is not sensitive to the changing of market and redundant personnel are over.Finally,the article puts forward some methods to improve labor and capital efficiency.
