可用于多种污水净化处理的新型高分子无机混凝剂PSAA

摘　　要：ＰＳＡＡ是一种新型无机高分子混凝剂。本文在室内考察了ＰＳＡＡ用于净化油田稠油采出水、一般原油脱出水及油田生活污水的效果。结果表明，ＰＳＡＡ的净水效果优于ＰＡＣ，是一种可用于净化油田回注水的高效混凝剂。The laboratory Results of treating some oilfield waste waters by using a newly developed and commercially manufactured coagulant PSAA (polysilic acid containing aluminium ion) are presented. The oil content of a produced water from viscous crude reservoir in Liaohe Oil Fields is decreased by 97. 4 %(from 1 10. 1 to 3. 0 mg/1) after having been purified with PASS in 400 mg/1 at PH= 5. 5 and T= 20℃. The produced water sample from Karamai Oil Field,Xinjiang, purified by PSAA in 300 mg/1 and PAM in 1 mg/1 has MF value 25. 0 and SS value 2. 47 mg/1 against 6.0 and 38. 2 mg/1 for the original water sample. Treating a civil sewage in the inhibitant district in Karamai by PSAA in 500 mg/1 and PAM in 1 mg/1 leads to increase of MF from undeterminable value to 16. 5 and decrease of SS from 29.2 to 3. 2 mg/1.
