摘 要:在实验室条件下对用丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物在硫酸存在下的水解磺化产物(HSAS)处理的泥浆性能进行了评定。HSAS处理的泥浆有较小的滤失性,较好的耐盐和抗高温性。The performane of a simultaneous hydrolysis and sulfonation product of acrylnitnle-styrene copolymer, HSAS,as clay drilling mud stabilizer is evaluated in laboratory.0.3-0.5% HSAS(AN:St=90:10,prepared in 96% sulfuric acid at 100℃) in fresh water mud and 0.7% HSAS in 3% NaCl mud reduce their filtrate loss at ambient temperature down to 15ml.0.3% HSAS-treated fresh water mud maintains its filtrate loss of 22ml at 60℃ after thermal aging at 180℃ over 12 hrs.This HSAS-treated fresh water mud has increasal plastic viscosity and yield stress.The influence of copolymer composition(ratio AN/St) and sulfuric acid concentration for hydrolysis/sulfonation is also investigated. Most HSAS samples are shown to be strong viscosifier.
