摘　　要：邓小平行政管理思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是我国政府工作的行动指南,其重要源泉是对马克思、恩格斯、列宁、毛泽东行政理论的继承;其哲学基础是解放思想、实事求是的基本原则,其成熟和发展是邓小平丰富的行政管理实践。Deng Xiaoping's thought of administration belongs to an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory,it is also a guidebook of action in our government's work,and its important source comes from the theory of adiminstration of Marx, Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong ;Especially,the philosophic foundation for Deng's thought of administration is just the cardinal principle “Emancipate the Mind and Seek Truth from Facts',Sl the rich practice of Deng Xiaoping's administrative Managenment indicates that Deng Xiaoping's thought of administrative management has been ripe and highly developed .
