摘　　要：通过借鉴国内外有关评估决策的研究成果 ,采用模糊数学的有关理论 ,改进了传统的第一手数据的采集方法 ,并应用AHP和模式识别相结合的方法使评估数据更客观 。The paper sets out to improve the traditional collecting method for the first hand date by referring to the domestic and extemal achievement on assessment strategies and making use of the theories of fuzzy strategies.The assessment is pretty objective because of the combination of AHP and Pattem Recognition.The paper provides an effective way for high-tech and new-tech enterprises to make strategy for risk investment.
