摘　　要：在供应链联盟中,其主要风险为合作风险与利益分配风险,各合作伙伴之间的分配问题成为供应链联盟成败的关键。本文就供应链联盟的决策问题,给出了多人合作对策数学模型以及解的求解方法。重点介绍了多人合作对策的多目标决策的解法,并且在应用案例中,验证了该算法的有效性。In supply chain alliance, the distribution of collaboration and benefit is the primary risk. The issue of distribution among those cooperative partners plays the key role for the success of supply chain alliance. This paper presents a mathematical model that will provide a solution for the decision problem of multi_men cooperating_countermeasure in the supply chain alliance. Examples are also given to support the mathematical analysis.
