摘　　要：本文针对西部高校的自身情况 ,提出了西部高校优先选择量的增长发展模式 ,并对西部高校的发展与改革提出了若干措施。In this paper,the strategy of first increasing the amount of enrollment of universities in Western area is put forward based on the specialties of Western universities. The development and improvement of Western universities are also suggested.
