氨甲蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠61例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氨甲蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法61例患者随机分成A、B两组。A组31例米非司酮150mg一次顿服,MTX75mg单次肌注。对照组30例单用MTX。结果MTX和米非司酮联合治疗的成功率为87.1%,明显高于对照组。结论氨甲蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠安全有效。无急性内出血,异位妊娠包块直径≤5cm,血β-HCG<5000IU/L,肝肾功能和凝血功能正常是MTX及米非司酮治疗的适应症。Objective To investigate the effect of combining use of methotrexate and mifepristone on treating ectopic pregnancy.Methods 61cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A with 31 cases were treated by 150mg of mifepristone administered orally one time and 75mg of methotrexate injected intramusclely one time. The previous cases who received only 75mg of methotrexate injected intramusclely were selected as control group. Results The success rate of the combination group was 87.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with the combination of methotrexate and mifepristone is safe and effective. No acute intra-abdominal bleeding,ectopic mass ≤5CM in the largest dimension and titer of serum β-HCG<5000IU/L, normal function of liver ,kidney and coagulation are mainly indications for medical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
