摘　　要：马克思主义国家职能理论内容广泛,其阶级职能和社会职能二者密不可分。主要表现为:社会经济的管理职能,社会冲突的调控职能,内外侵犯的防卫职能,整个社会的代表职能。国家社会职能的扩大或强化,不仅对本国社会生活,而且对国际社会产生越来越深刻的影响。领会马克思主义国家职能理论的真谛,指导我国处理好国内外政治、经济、社会生活中的各种问题,对提高党的执政能力具有重要的现实指导意义。The Marxist theory of the functions of the state covers a broad ground, and its class function and social function are closely connected. Its main manifestations are the management function of social economy, the regulation function of social conflict, the defence function of inside or outside invasion, the representative function of the whole society. The extension or consolidation of the social function of the state has a more and more profound influence not only on the domestic social life,but also on the international society. It is important for us to understand the true essence of the Marxist theory of the functions of the state and direct us to deal with all kinds of problems well, which is of real guiding significance for improving our Party's ruling ability.
