摘　　要：CNMI的客户端系统不但为CNMI收集数据,还具有跨平台、可接收和执行命令、动态配置、自动下载新测量模块等特点,可同时启动多个测量任务,同时为多个用户服务。所实现的原型系统已经在CERNET上进行了试验性部署。初步试验表明,它能更好地适应对不断涌现的网络应用开展性能测量的需求。Besides performing the job of collecting raw data for CNMI, the client in CNMI possesses also new features such as platform independent, command receiving and processing capability, dynamic configuration and deployment, and automatic probes downloading. It can start multiple measurement tasks simultaneously, and serve multiple users at the same time. A prototype of the system is deployed on CERNET for trial operation. Preliminary results show that CNMI can better satisfy the needs for measuring the performance of ever emerging new network applications.
