摘　　要：为有效应对知识产权纠纷,实现知识产权保护工作的前置化,建立知识产权预警机制迫在眉睫。在此,对知识产权预警机制进行探讨,提出了预警对象、预警工作的侧重点和内容,以期为中国建立知识产权预警机制提供参考。It points out the disputes on intellectual property (IP) between China and foreign countries may be more and more severity in future for lack of China’s self-determination IPs,and China’s industrial economy security are confronted with severe challenge. In order to effectively deal with IP disputes and protect IP in advance,it is extremely urgent to establish early warning mechanism of IP. It probes into warning mechanism,discusses the objects,keystones and contents of warning mechanism,in the purpose to offer some references for China to set up warning mechanism.
