摘　　要：针对我国九五期间科技资源的总体状况,综合运用层次分析(AHP)和数据包络分析(DEA)方法评价我国科技能力持续发展的趋势和相对有效性,揭示了影响科技持续发展的原因。Aiming at the overall situations of science and technology (S&T) resources during the ninth Five-Plan of China,it evaluates the trend and the relative efficiency of sustainable development of China S&T capacity,using the method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). It also reveals the reasons of affecting sustainable development of China S&T.
