摘  要:介绍了医用血管支架的应用背景和研究现状,在比较国内外研究成果的基础上,将血管支架生命周期划分为设计与制造、支架扩张植入过程和植入后有效期 3个阶段,并对各个阶段的特点进行了详细论述;阐述了在支架生命周期中应用有限元技术进行支架设计的研究思路;针对支架植入时的扩张过程进行实例分析,例证了应用有限元法进行支架设计研究的分析方法;提出了支架体外扩张实验研究的解决方案,为血管支架扩张过程的有限元模拟提供有力的实验支持.The application background and research overview of medical vascular stent are presented. Based on the comparison of domestic and foreign research achievements, the life cycle of medical vascular stent is divided into three phases, i.e., design and manufacture, stent expansion process and long-term in vivo service. The characteristics of each phase in the life cycle are specified. The research idea of designing stent by finite element method in the whole life cycle is expatiated. An example of analyzing stent expansion is presented to exemplify the application of the finite element method to the stent design. The experimental solution of in vitro stent expansion is also proposed. The scheme proposed in this paper provides powerful experimental support for the simulation of stent expansion process through finite element method.
