摘 要:随着大中型水库和流域水情自动测报系统建设的快速发展,不同系统形成的“信息孤岛”问题日趋严重。如何使不同的系统,根据实际情况实施可靠的联网,规范汛情信息,实现资源共享,为防汛抢险、抗洪救灾及时、准确地提供各种汛情信息,提高防汛快速反映能力,具有十分重要的意义。结合陕西省水情自动测报系统联网工程的建设实践,在分析研究多种通信方案、异型数据结构的基础上,提出了切实可行的联网解决方案,并利用中间件技术解决了信息整合处理及信息资源共享的关键技术。As the rapid development of automatic hydrological information acquisition systems for large-scale and medium-scale reservoirs, the problem of 'island in information isolated' is increased greatly. It is of great importance for different systems to establish reliable network according to special situations, so as to standardize water information, realize resources sharing, provide real-time and accurate data, and improve rapid respond ability for flood control and disaster relief. According to the construction practice, the article came forward feasible solution for network creation of automatic hydrological information acquisition systems in Shanxi Province based on study different plans and hetero-types data. It realized integrated processing and resources sharing of information by use of intermediate technologies.
