摘  要:介绍了以C9混合芳烃为原料合成西藏麝香的工艺。通过考察反应时间、反应温度等影响因素,得到较佳的工艺条件:烷基化反应的催化剂加入量为2%,反应温度为10℃,反应时间为3h;硝化反应温度为20~70℃,反应时间为4h,在95%乙醇中结晶。该工艺具有原料易得,工艺路线简单的特点,有较好的工业应用前景。A novel process to prepare musk tibetene using mixture of C9 heavy aromatics was proposed.The influence of reaction time, reaction temperature and molar ratio, etc. on the product yield were evaluated through examination. An optimum operation conditions for synthesis and purification of musk tibetene were found as follows: the mass ratio of A100 catalyst to 1,2,3-trimethybenzene was 1:50, reaction temperature 10 ℃, reaction time was 3h, with nitro-sulfuric acid as nitration agent, reaction temperature was 20 ℃~70 ℃, and reaction time 4hr. Musk tibetene was purified by recrystallization with 95% alcohol. This process had many advantages, such as simple procedure, short reaction period, cheap raw material available, high yield etc. So this synthetic process has good prospect for industrialization.
