摘  要:CPT&CDT分辨率的不同测量方法具有不同的测量精度 ,以脉冲静态光点测量方法测量CPT&CDT分辨率是多种测量方法中最精确的一种 ,其特点是这种测量方法能在较大阴极电流变化范围内验证电子枪的设计性能和质量。脉冲静态光点测量法是利用阴极脉冲放大器输出一种周期为 2 0ms的 10 0ns负向视频高压脉冲 ,当它驱动CPT&CDT阴极时 ,阴极测试回路即可产生脉冲电流 ,从而使被测CPT&CDT屏显示以 5 0Hz为刷新频率的光点。应用于光点测试系统中的阴极脉冲放大器不仅可屏显示视觉上的稳定光点 ,而且能满足在宽变化阴极电流下测量光点时不烧屏的需求。阴极脉冲放大器的设计与实现是建立光点测试系统的基础 ,而阴极脉冲放大器在光点测量过程中的驱动方式又是能否输出高技术指标的负向视频高压脉冲的关键。The resolution measurements for CPT and CDT in the different ways have the different measurement precision. The measurement for CPT and CDT in the pulsed static spot way is the most accurate method among many measuring methods. Its feature is that it is possible to verify the performance and quality of electronic gun within the wider range of cathode currents. The measurement method of pulsed static spot is to make the cathode pulse amplifier give an output of the negative going video high voltage pulse with 100ns every 20ms. The testing loop through the cathode produces the pulsed current at once while the high voltage pulse drives the cathode of CPT and CDT, which makes CPT and CDT display a spot with the refurbishing frequency of 50Hz on the screen. The cathode pulse amplifier applied in the spot measurement system not only has the screen display a stable spot based on vision, but also satisfy the requirement that the wider range of cathode currents don't burn out the screen while measuring the spot. The design and implement of cathode pulse amplifier are the basis in establishing the spot measurement system. The driving way of the cathode pulse amplifier during the spot measurement process is also the key for producing the negative going video high voltage pulse with the high technical specification.
