摘　　要：目的　评价醋柳黄酮缓释片的缓释效果并考察其体外释放规律。方法　以HPLC测定醋柳黄酮缓释片与普通片的体外释放度,并对缓释片释放曲线进行拟合,探讨释放规律。结果　醋柳黄酮缓释片体外释放时间超过1 2h ,具有缓释作用。结论　醋柳黄酮缓释片缓释效果显著,体外释放符合威布尔分布模型。OBJECTIVE To prepare sustained-release Hippophae rhamnoides(TFH) tablet and evaluate the rule of drug release property. METHODS Drug release profiles of the sustained-release TFH tablet were studied, compared with common one.RESULTS The release rate of sustained-release TFH tablet was confirmed to the relative prescript and the drug was sustained released in vitro over 12 h. CONCLUSION The TFH tablet has sustained release property in vitro. The drug release pattern is in accord with Weibull distribution.
