降脂胶囊的薄层鉴别及姜黄素的含量测定

摘　　要：目的　薄层鉴别降脂胶囊中两味药材,并测定有效成分姜黄素的含量。方法　采用TLC和HPLC。结果　鉴别方法简便迅速。回收率为98.0 4% ,RSD =0 .44%。结论　建立的方法可有效地控制该制剂的质量。OBJECTIVE To identify the Rhizoma curcumae Longae, Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makin and determine the content of curcumin in Lipid-lowing capsule. METHODS TLC and HPLC method were used for identification and quantitative analysis, respectively. RESULTS TLC was simple and rapid method for identification.HPLC assay was linear in the range of 0.02-0.1 mg·ml -1(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.04% with RSD of 0.44%. CONCLUSION The method is effective for quality control of Lipid-lowing capsule.
