摘  要:基于在稀硫酸介质中,硒(Ⅳ)氧化碘化钾,其反应产物使吖啶橙荧光猝灭,建立了一种荧光猝灭法测定痕量硒的方法。线性范围为0.4~30μg·L-1,检出限为0.23μg·L-1。方法简便灵敏、选择性好,用于水和蒜样中硒的测定,结果满意。A new method based on fluorescence quenching for the determination of trace selenium is proposed. Potassium iodide is oxidized by Se(Ⅳ) in medium of diluted sulfuric acid and the product I - 3 results in quenching of acridine orange fluorescence. Linearity range of the method is 0.4~30 μg·L -1 and detection limit is 0.23 μg·L -1 . The method is of sensitivity and selectivity, and has been applied to the determination of Se in real samples of water and garlic with satisfied results. Preliminary explanation of mechanism is presented.
