摘  要:水电站闸墩上的大型裂缝 ,不仅影响到闸墩的耐久性 ,并危及到闸墩的强度、稳定和水电站大坝的安全运行。闸墩配筋量明显不足、闸墩温度应力超限和静冰压力过大 ,是引起闸墩严重开裂的一些主要原因。在对闸墩裂缝进行灌浆封闭、预应力锚固或外贴式加固时 ,所采用的方法、材料和工艺 ,直接关系到治理的效果。位于严寒地区的水电站泄水建筑物 ,必须设法防止闸门前库水结冰 ,以避免静冰压力对闸墩产生严重损害。The large cracks in the piers of hydropower dams not only influenced the durability of the piers, but also endangered the strength and stability of the piers, as well as safe operation of hydropower dams, especially during discharging. The main causes that resulted in the piers seriously cracking were inadequate arrangement of pier reinforcement, over-temperature-stress of the piers and higher values of static ice pressures. The adopted materials and techniques to strengthen the piers with grouting for sealing, prestressed anchorage and so on were directly affected with treatment result. For the discharge structures of hydropower dam projects located in the severe cold regions, they would do their best to prevent from reservoir water frozen in front of the gates, so as to avoid the severe damages of piers resulting from static ice pressures.
