摘　　要：农村土地承包经营权流转以物权性质土地承包经营权有效存在为前提,因此,研究共分二部分,第一部分,农村土地承包经营权流转的概念和特征;第二部分,研究了《农村土地承包法》关于农村土地承包经营权流转之法律规范主要存在9个方面不足,并提出建议和修改以及完善有关法律条文。The circulation of famers′land contracting operation right takes the effective existence of land contracting operation right with character of real right as premise.Therefore,the present study consists of two parts.The first part describes concept and characteristics of the circulation of famers′land contracting operation right.The second part deals with nine inadequacies in the law of famers′ land contract as legal norm concerning the circulation of famers′ land contracting operation right;and suggests to amend and to perfect relevant articles of law.
